We are a cooperative of coffee producers. Since August 10, 1969, we have been producing, harvesting, and marketing coffee of the highest quality for local consumption and export. In addition, we have 5 commercial areas: La COOPE Supply Warehouse, La COOPE Supermarket, La COOPE Automotive Center, and La COOPE Service Station.
Products
- Café La Villa: Excellent 100% pure coffee. It presents a balance between fragrance, aroma, body and acidity. This coffee is preferred by the population of Athens for its unique flavor from model farms in caring for the crop.
- Café Ateneo: Gourmet coffee characterized by being grown on high altitude farms, from Arabica varieties. It presents a perfect balance between fragrance, aroma, body and acidity. Recipient of the "New York Coffee Lover’s Choice" award from ILLY CAFÉ.
- Villa Diamante Coffee: Excellent gourmet coffee that highlights the aroma and body. It is widely accepted by the most demanding consumers. Coming from farms whose producers have, over time, a marked vocation for the environment. Creditor of the “Cup of Excellence” award given by the Fine Coffees Association of Costa Rica.
